The 2004 Skusa rules are posted on their website.

    How will this impact CSC?

All shifters will run airboxes. Hopefully CSC will require this too!

How will the CSC class stucture fit in with SKUSA rules? Will Novice be SKUSA stock and S2 be FMX and Pro be S1??

Glad to hear about the drop being voted in.

See you all soon when the snow clears up!!!!

so is tagusa, almost identical to SKUSA’s tag rules, WE ONLY NEED 1 TAG SERIES, the SN were TaG USA rules at a skusa event, worked perfectly, i do not get this sometimes

Air boxes are a good thing. We do not see any changes in our motor with or without one. The sound of the motor is much better in my opinion also. More exhaust, less carb noise. Just make sure you get the right box for your applications. Doug sells a real good one at Shockwave if anyone needs one prior to GJ.

all 125 icc need OEM silencers also ,bummer 🙁

this could rise up problems because i was told the CRS silencers are shorter??? and there are many different CRS silencers to chose from??

i dont know if thats true

some CRS dude is that true or false?

I think the only silencer you can use is the homologated one for that engine, it should have the homologation number stamped on it!

The silencer is open on the ICc in the SKUSA rule book. It just says that it must be of simlar size as OEM. The pipe has to homologated.

Too bad that SKUSA still has “target fixation” or maybe its “profit fixation” with Bridgestone tires. I don’t know why they don’t take a hint and allow tires by durometer, like the CSC or STARS! The simple fact is that there are faster, better, cheaper tires than ‘stones. In my opinion, Vega Whites or MG Greens are both far superior to the “B” compound Bridgestones. We ran all three last year, and the Bridgestones were the slowest, least consistent, least durable and most expensive (only “winning” category) of the three.

Oh yeah, while I’m on the subject, I think that the air box rule for motos is pure crap as well. Is the CSC going to require them on all races this year or only Grand Junction like 2003? It would be nice to know, so I can get a refund on the nice K&Ns I just ordered. 🙁

Yeah, too bad about STARS going with the B’stones. I really liked the 2003 tire format. One wonders about the how much Bridgestone must pay the sanctioning bodies to get this kind of “commitment.”

That is stupid, pay to support team Top-Kart in thier national quest. I just do not see any particular logic in having a dealer sell the tires for the NAPMT, if anything, we should buy them from Bridgestone, or from whoever the hell we want
