Ok, gotcha.

I know they come in the registration packets. They were VERY simular to the one the CSC used. I’ll look and see if I have one from Skusa at home.

Ok Eddy, thought I had my stuff at home but it must be at the shop and I have my Mom at chemo today, if I can’t drum one up today, I’ll look tomorrow.

Pretty sure you can get one without registering.
