Participantkartdude.com is one of our dealers. They are just starting up but I have know the principles for several years. They will be stocking much of our product line and they are based outside of Toledo Ohio. They have the tires in stock now and the exchange program is for real. I have been assured that they have tires in stock now for immediate shipment. We are not selling product through them, rather, they are purchasing product from us for resale.

InactiveFor those of you that are running under SKUSA rules the MG Tire is the MZ series. The FZ series that is being discusssed on this forum is not an eligible tire until July 1, 2005. This being stated in the release below.
3-1-2005
New MG Tire to be used with the old beginning July 1, 2005
We will require that the MZ Yellow tire be used at all SKUSA events. Starting on July 1, 2005, the newer MG tire – FZ – will be allowed along with the MZ.If there are any questions about this change, please let us know: [email protected]
For all the inquires to the program.

ParticipantNot to take away from the kartdude.com program…..
All of our tracks are MG dealers. Some have tires now, and others are getting tires in any day. We really should be supporting the tracks that have made an effort to make the CSC what it is today.angie

InactiveAngie,
With the local tracks being dealers for Mg tires. Do you know if we can trade our new Yhc’s with our local tracks as part of the exchange program?March 4, 2005 at 8:55 pm #50000Anonymous
InactiveRick, The tire exchange program was from Kartdude.com and not thru MG. But if your local tracks / shops are willing to trade out that is great. We are just trying to help out the ones that bought their stuff early to get a jump-start on the season to find out that they needed to Run MGtires now. This program from Kartdude.com was to smooth the transition between Bridgstone and MG in the SKUSA program. This program is not only exclusive to SKUSA karters.
Bboner, We are accepting in the wrapper rain tires for a little while and we do have a MG rain tire to exchange for and it is comparable.
Thanks,

InactiveWhich classes will race in the rain?
Can there be any altering of the rules to allow us to run used rain tires of another brand to save us from buying new tires that we “might” have to use? I know that would be hard to police, but I have to ask before I spend the $$$$.

ParticipantI agree Bill. We should be able to run what we have in stock. We have 6 cases of rains in the trailer for the Nationals. We will have them at ALL CSC races this year. So if it rains, let everyone run them and we will stock them. No need to go buy for just in case.

InactiveAll,
I just wanted to thank Kartdudes.com for offering this program to all of us. I sent a set of B-Stones tires (postage $12.50) and recieved my MG’s six days later. No fuss No muss! If you have a set to sent in for exchange save yourself a few dollars and take advantage of this helpful program. - AuthorPosts
