JB, There is myself, Darren Cook, Butch Norris, Mike Cunningham, Mike Adcock, Doug Swann and Dave Anderson over here. They have all been wanting us to lower the weight to 395 for all club events. It would make it a whole lot easier if we followed SKUSA for us because we are piggybacking some of our events with SKUSA regionals. We tried to get over the mountain for the meeting but Glenwood canyon got shut down.

Kurt , Yes , I have vocalized several times when SKUSA would make “knee-jerk” rule changes for what-ever self-serving purposes they may have had in mind at the moment !
I do not want to enter a battle of wits with you , or anyone else for that matter (I’d lose anyway) , however , the snow storm did in-fact keep a lot of people away from the meeting ! That being the case , we do have an opportunity to make Right a perhaps Wrong move made by just two out of as many as 20 dedicated racers !
This issue has nothing to do with you , if you want to make an issue about the brakes in the 80cc class why don’t you start a thread based upon that ?????
A couple of years ago we had 6 “heavies” , and not a huge , (pardon the pun) G-1 class when we voted in the heavier weight requirement , only to have all of the “heavies” but one , not finish the season !
Show me 6 or more “heavies” and I’ll be the first to offer to score them separately !
    Regards , J.B.

Not trying to start any trouble, just trying to stick up for my team. Seems all the Billet guys are the ones wanting the weight.
Sorry for the passion, just seems to take charge of my two typing fingers sometimes.

So, when does the CSC powers meet to discus the proposed rule adjustments?

    the season is getting close!

As you may have noticed in the rules, I did not change the weight to 395, rather left the comment of the suggestion. This is because it was my undertanding that JB planned on having a Sr/Hvy pow wow at the first CSC event to get this finalized. If you all want it to be set in stone now, we will have to get approval from Stacey, JB, and Brad. Sorry for the confusion – I know that Graeme has been working hard lobbying for the weight change.
