Saturday night at Colorado National Speedway

Saturday night at CNS when great……We had many visitors and handed out a ton of info about karting, and the Greeley Grand Prix. CNS brought each kart and driver out to the start/finish line introduced them and then allowed each driver Conner New, Tyler Edwards, Charles Gordon, and Matt Kistler to take a couple of laps with Matt doing several donuts and then laps at speed.( 80 + )

Thanks to everyone who helped…..Craig Mansfield, Charles Gordon, Don & Conner New, Curt & Matt Kistler, Kurt Freiburg, and Tyler who chased down several 100 hand outs that blew away more than once.

We will need karts for the May 6th display….We have JR-1 karts but need a Kid, Tag, and Shifter.

The karts looked AWESOME out there on that big track!!!

They should’ve let you all run a couple more laps, though.
I think the fans were really getting into it when they pulled you off.

The safety officials didn’t know the caliber of the drivers. They said after we had pulled them off the track that they were such good drivers that we could do more laps next time. It was great to see them on the track and to hear the drivers names and specs of their classes. Sometimes it is better leave them with too little rather than too much. THANK YOU to everone involved, especially ACTION KARTING FOR THE RENTAL PACKAGES.THE CNS TRACK WILL USE THEM TO FURTHER PROMOTE THE CSC RACE SERIES.

Hey we need help with the kart display Saturday Night May 6th…….We need a KID KART, a Tag, and a Shifter. Wayne Barlock and Taylor Bezanson have offered there karts but we need more! If you do plan on attending be sure to bring your gear, they might let you take a couple of laps at intermission.

P.S. We also need a contact person for Mindy the CNS rep to talk to. And someone to hand out info on karting and the Greeley Grand Prix.
