ParticipantHere is what Joe Ramos Jr said about the subject
“A competitor with a valid 2006 license can gain a punch at ANY local series in the US. This is a rule change, in 2005 you could only gain a punch at your designated local series. We felt it was important to allow compeitors the flexibility to fit their schedule in with surrounding local series, giving the member an opportunity to race a different track against different competitors.”
If you read liberally into this the statement “opportunity to race a different track against different competitors” basically says we can race in the two CSC races at GJMS and gain two punches. I wouldn’t question it since this would be a great thing!!!!

InactiveTom,
Sorry but I have to, as that is a reason to go to GJ to race CSC and gain an additional R-max punch. I may have to minimize my racing this year, so I want the best bang for buck.
Can rotax karts run with other TaG karts and still get a punch at GJ?

ParticipantTom, thanks for answering Rich.. I think what RMAX is doing this year is a great move and hopefully will give other TAG drivers even more reason to participate in the RMAX series… Joe Jr. really seems to be very pro active in making the series grow….

ParticipantRich,
Yes Rotax can run with other karts and still get their punch.. If you finish say 3rd but are 1st Rotax you would get 1st place RMAX points…
