ParticipantWhat a FANTASTIC job everyone has done on the track and the surrounding area. Really love the new curbs in places and the overall maintenance performed! I can’t wait to see what all is to come!!
On Sunday at the end of the day there was SO much rubber!!!! I mean I have never seen the track pick up so much throughout the full season last year. The scrubbing on the track seems to have helped open it up to more rubber! Awesome!
Wish I could attend the race next weekend there but I will be on-call. 🙁 Good luck to all those in the CKT series out at Podium next weekend!!!!! I know you will have a BLAST on this updated track. I know I did all weekend long.

ParticipantAwesome news! I’m super stoked that someone has been able to keep the doors open, and especially so that it’s someone so capable of running a great track.
Now, what’s got me really intrigued is the idea of a weekly (week day?) racing series, as mentioned in the press release. I’d love to know the details behind that…i’ve always thought that a week day racing series would be great.
I’ll be visiting the new/old place soon, I hope!

Sounds like the plan is a casual series on Thursday evenings. Just for fun, minimal rules/class structure, varied formats and track layouts. Sounds super fun to me, I’ll be doing it in whatever kart I manage to scrape together any particular week.
