It seems that the flathead Briggs were not competitive with the Animals, so most, if not all, switched. The rules last year were to WKA section 701 – with the exception of allowing a billet rod. weight was 240. I did not hear any suggestions for changes in the rules….. I don’t know that we won’t allow it this year, I will check into it for you. Sorry for the late response.
