InactiveYou may know my brother, Buddy Sisco. Well, he don’t help me a bit. If you seen how his stock car is running this season, maybe that’s a good thing.
So here’s my first question:
What’s the difference between a gear meant to be used at IMI and one intended for Bandimere?
Thanks for your help…I look forward to pickin’ y’all’s brains!

ParticipantIMI will carry a taller gear, but Bandi has cleaner rest rooms 😯

Gear wise, you may want to strap a skid plate to your arse incase you go through your seat coming off of Imi’s new jump. (And we used to think Bandi flat spoted a chassis!)
Can you hook me up with on eof your brothers flat plates? Huh Huh please.

ParticipantTalking about gears, Rick I’m running a 683 gear running into long straight about 12650 RPM thinking about going to a 691 to much gear?

ParticipantMr Sisco’s brother,
IMI has a longer straight section and you may over rev your motor if you used your Bandimere gearing. Example: I use a 79 or 80 tooth rear sprocket at IMI, at The Track, I use an 83 tooth. In karting, one tooth larger or smaller on the rear gear will equal approximately 200 revs in either direction. I hope that points you in the right direction.
Welcome to our little website. Please sign your name so I don’t keep calling you Mr. Brother of Buddy.
