ParticipantCraig, I was thinking the same thing!
I was there in 09 and it was inspiring and awesome all at the same time. It’s sad that Dan Wheldon won’t be there but that is another story.
AJ and Rocky Mountain Kartworks; Mike Urban and all of the new Arrow team; Scott Falcone and Brian Robson (my brothers in competition who I sorely miss competing against) I wish you all good luck and good fortune there! Have fun, compete hard and well and I’ll be listening.

GO TONY L!!!!!!
Please don’t forget who got you there buddy.
Good luck to all CO Karters. Represent the best SKUSA Region going. Deb and I are leaving from ABQ right now and will be working the event as well. She will be helping in Registration and I will be working the infield with Terry Bybee and Alan Rudolph. The sweet smell of cigars will be yours truly when you zip by.

ParticipantWe’d hoped to but couldn’t make the SuperNats. I’ve only checked the S2 results so far, but wanted to post an observation.
Colorado’s own Sabre Cook DNFed, don’t know why… but first tied the third-fastest lap in S2!!!
To my friends the Cooks… sorry for whatever went wrong, but this is really something to be proud of!

ParticipantEric,
Sabre’ started the final in 4th but got pushed out on the start and dropped to 12th. She charged back to 6th and with a half lap to go the chain jumped off the sprocket. It was a heartbreaker but she drove incredible all week.

ParticipantAlso want to congratulate Ryan Rudolph for his impressive 2nd place finish in S5. Great drives from all the Colorado karters.

ParticipantCongrats also to Austin Schimmel, 1st place at the Supernats in S5!!
National Champion! Way to go.

ParticipantCongrats to Anthony Abbasse and Sodi for a win in KZ2. I was lucky enough to do all the data for him this weekend.

Thanks, Stacey, that is really impressive. Dare I say, for a young woman to be this fast in a Shifter at this event is astounding, really! Look out, Ms. Patrick…
It’s always the small stuff that ruins the Big Stuff, ain’t it? Sucks I’m sure, but what an effort, Congrats again. (I know that sounds strange in typical DNF context…).

ParticipantI am very proud of her she just needs a better mechanic. Colorado had an impressive showing and has a really fast group of drivers in all classes. We just all need to get them racing together during the year to make them even faster.

ParticipantBummed i missed out on it this year, sounded like a heck of an event (as usual)! Glad to see Abbasse win SuperPro/KZ2, he’s had a bad string of luck in the last few year, and was denied a couple really good finishes; guy is mega quick! CO rocked it in S5, huge congrats to Austin Schimmel and Ryan Rudolph! Sounds like Cory Milne had a good run in S2, and I was totally gutted for Sabre’ when listening to EKN live on Sunday, she drove great. S1 Championship for Kartworks/Daniel Bray. Tony did a great job backing up Rob ‘book it’ Howden on the mic for the whole event, that was pretty cool! One of THE motorsport events of each year, no doubt!
Pictures, videos, etc…….we need them. :~
