Mounting Duro 7.1 onto the narrower rims

Would it be OK to mount Duro 7.10 tires onto rims for 6″ wide tires? If they do go on there, will it cause any problems on track?

Never mind. My extra wheels are actually the 210mm. They just have the 6″ tires on them.
