Meet the Gelles Racing Team at the Denver Grand Prix Friday

Arg. I missed this. My dad and I are volunteering this year over at the Mile High Club (between turn 1 &2). Any chance we can have a 2nd round of this? I’d like to meet the team. 8)

Hopefully you got to go meet the Gelles team anyway, as the Formula BMW pits were open to the public.

We had a pretty decent sized group go over, met (very briefly) with Bob Gelles, and talked with Marc Zartarian (KRT kart importer and father of John, one of Gelles’s drivers) for quite a while.

Found out what it costs to run this “feeder” series. 😯 😯

Hopefully we’ll be seeing one or more of our Colorado karters on one of the FBMW’s soon…8)
