ParticipantI left my new Mychron beacon at the start/finish line at IMI on Saturday. It was sitting on a yellow, dunlop logo haybale, facing towards the rental kart area.
Did anyone happen to grab it? No…i did not have my name on it. (rookie mistake #963) I just called IMI and they dont have it. Hoping someone on this list grabbed it or maybe saw it on sunday??

ParticipantKirk,
Hopefully it’ll show up.
FYI… Get a neon colored 3×5 card and write beacon on it and you’ll never lose it again if you tape it to your car steering wheel…good luck

ParticipantHey Kirk,
If it does not show up you can have our spare. Last time I left mine at IMI the guys put it in a box at the counter with the other 10-15 they found on that same straw bail.Good advice from Jansen also. I always put a piece of tape on my trailer door right above the lock. It helps us old guys with nothing else on our minds after a day at the track.
Hope it turns up, and when it does, put your phone number on it.

InactiveI’ve got your beacon. I was going to give it to brad Sunday morning but forgot with everything going on. I found it when I picked up my beacon on Sat night. I will be back up there next race. I live in Colorado Springs. Call me.

InactiveFunny I do the same thing with the Beacon Note on my Tool Box.
Glad they found it.

Thanks Greg! You made my day! I’ll give you a call to meet you at the track.
Thanks for the good tips, guys.
