Another cool prize to win has been offered by Hertz Local Edition of Boulder.

A free weekend rental in a premium car. So bid on this and get yourself a Mustang convertable (or whatever premium car you want) and take the misses on a nice overnight trek into the mountans this spring. Or get an Suv to use for a ski weekend.

Enterprise Rental car told me they won’t be out done, I’ll post their offering tomorrow.

Thanks to both Hertz and Enterprize. Our vendor relationship is always strong and they jump in whenever needed.

I know some of you actual do other things than karting.

Speaking of that, roughly how late do you expect the benefit to go? Dumb question, but I don’t usually watch people driving around in circles, so I have no idea how long the race lasts. My actual other thing I do in the winter is called “sliding downhill very fastly on wooden sticks in very cold weather with bindings that only attach your toe,” and so I’ll probably do that for a couple hours in the morning, and hopefully make it to the benefit by 2:30 or so.

:usa: I received some additional items yesterday for the fund-raiser. A one hour massage and aromatherapy from Massage Envy. Rick and Jay you better bid on this for all the work Tammy and Lucy are doing on this event. A super gift basket of many coffee blends and assorted treats from Troy and Jen Smith of iBEANCOFFE,INC. These are both valued at seventy-five dollars. Thanks for these super donations Craig

I also offered my services of driving instruction for a day to be auctioned off- It was to be to be called “follow Cris around the track and learn all the things NOT to do”
I thought it was a good idea- apparently Rick thinks otherwise- So you’all are stuck with a really nice watch and a coat to bid on.
PS Rick- it is a DAYTONA with Box and papers- Yes it is (a) real (watch).

Don’t sell yourself so short on the driving part of it! Plus there are a few good driver development and coaching items to bid on.

Oh….. I want that watch! Um… I mean, I’m not really all that interested in the watch, at all. No really.

    Thanks Cris

Did Imagewerx capture an excellent photo of you this year? He did most of us.

Mitch from Imagewerx http://www.imagewerx.us/ has donated and 12″ x 18″ print for the fund raiser.

Also keep him in mind for your photography needs. I’ve seen some of his work and it is awesoem. Weddings, graduation…?

Thanks for the great photos this year and thanks for helping Bob.

    Mikey,

We are attempting to get a list of items to Tammy. (still getting items offered and wanted to take a photo of the kart with the new decals on it) And the schedule of events, think it is pretty much worked out and should be posted soon. Just call my cell Mikey.
