This is Ann-Louise from Action Karting. We tried a “Run for Fun” series that has bombed for all the classes except the Kid Karts. There’s a couple of families who would love to see a few more kids this coming Sunday morning (Aug 7). The schedule: 9 am – 10 minute practice, 9:50 – 10 minute qualifying, 10:40 – Heat 1 (laps to be determined), 11:30 – Heat 2. No trophies are issued, lap times are kept and we plan to give gift certificates at the end of the season. Cost is $35, unless you have an AK Season Pass – then it is $25.
I thought racers would jump at the chance to race with their own classes and be in and out of the track in less than four hours. If anyone has questions and/or input, please post or call. Ann-Louise
