ParticipantI think we should lower the weight for Jr 1 back to it was because we changed it to help Carelli and Barlock and they don`t race in that class.

ParticipantI know 2 JR1 karters that would be at a disadvantage by lowering the weight from 240 since they use a full size chassis.

InactiveLes is Tyler going to run CSC and club in jr1 this season? I thought there was two JR classes, 8 to 10 and 10 to 12. I agree that if there is a JR2 the weight should stay the same.

InactiveCSC is running a JR1 sealed Honda and a JR1-K80, couldn’t find any weight changes. I don’t know if that is equal to having a JR2 class.

ParticipantDave, Tyler is running Jr1 this year and I hope the animals can run at the club level at IMI and The Track. If we run the CSC, I am hoping that I can rent or lease a motor. I don’t want to invest in a motor for only one year of racing right now. He will be 11 in June and still too young for the Jr2 level which is Tag Junior and I don’t believe he is ready for it. He could run the Minimax but it is too much money to buy a whole new kart. That is where we are at right now.
