I have been looking (via e-mail photos) kind of close to DIA. Because I have factories overseas, I need to be close to customs and the airport.

Rick, it will be big enough to kart in but full of work stuff. I hate that word “work”

Well there you go Richie. Letting work get in the way of fun! Plus swerving around a few fork lifts and rows of heavy duty shelving sounds better than what we have outside now.

Just build it with a nice flat roof to race on, that would make a new meaning to “run off”.
I’d love a different job, but I am stuck in the middle slope area.
I have some land here I’ll trade for helicopter rides to kart races.
Also have a large Deep Cryogenic Processor that needs to be put to use.
