Clean everything real good,
Tighten everything down and re-safety wire all critical points,
Put new tires on her,
New decals, fresh fuel, chain lube…,

Get rid of your rivets on your exhaust system!!! Also pull the stinger out and check it, also the packing.
Use small nuts and bolts! Those rivets will not hold in the long run. I know and everybody else does also.
As to your problems. I think you are at the point of taking the kart to the track and start changing out items and see what isn’t working. The carb, fuel pump, take a look at your reeds, coil. etc.
