Fuel in South Denver?

I am in need of TAG legal fule for my EasyKart. The Manual specs 96 or 98 RON. Since I live in Castle Rock and am going to “The Track” I really like to find it in that area.

I searched the archives with no luck. Can any one help a brother out?

Today, I just picked up a 5 gal can of MS98 for $41.65 and a 5 gal can of C12 for $51.00 for a buddy. IMI is probably alot less, but if you don’t have time or live down south, try TK. Of course, if I can, I will try to support Brad at IMI also.

The place is a breeze to find:

North on I-25
Exit 8th Ave.
Go down the ramp and go straight through the light at 8th Ave
It’s the 2nd building on the left.

Going home to the south:

Go south back to 8th Ave
Turn right, go under I-25 and take a right (the southbound lane does a “U”)

If you give the secret handshake they’ll give you a 10 dollar discount. Sorry you didn’t know it…

BTW at Brad’s you have to know the running ritual. If you run around the building clockwise you get a discount and if you run around the building counterclockwise you get a mark up. You just have to know what days this is in effect…

But don’t ask about the wearing a dress discount 8)

They immediately recognized how green I am and jacked up the price a little! Hopefully at the Track on Sunday, it won’t be entirely obvious. Then again, I am still a virgin. Be gentle.

Re: at Brad’s, is the discount any better if you drive your kart into the shop and ask for a fillup??

I’m going to let you go for the “wear the dress discount”. My legs are way too skinny!

I am putting my engine on the kart as we speak but I’m off to work afterwards. Meaning i’ll have to break in the engine tomorrow so i’ll be at IMI pretty much all day. If, time permitting I’ll head down to your neck of the woods and see the club race there later in the morning or lunchtime so to speak. Good luck in your 1st race!
