Below are the number backgrounds for each class. We are REQUIRING that the rear number panel on your kart has the correct background, although we are recommending that you use this color on all number panels. This will help everyone keep track, in sessions with more than one class on the track. The drivers, track workers, and spectators will be able to tell who is racing who. The color of the number that you use on that panel is up to you, as long as it is easy to read.

For those of you that have number panels issued by the CSC for your top 5 positions, we encourage you to use your awarded numbers! (just use the appropriate color background on the rear number plate)

    S1 ? Yellow
    S2 ? Red
    S3 ? Blue
    G1/G2 ? Black
    K2 ? Yellow
    K3 ? Red

    Tag Masters – Yellow
    Tag Senior – Red
    Tag Junior – Blue

Mike, I believe it will be on the back of the helmet. Ask this of Rusty over on his Q and A thread

You mean my nagging didn’t get this Newbie things cancelled at the meeting.

I am stunned that Mike is following up on this for me. It has never been enforced and has resulted in some costly accidents!

    Thanks mike

Place your order early! or just use electrical tape, so you can remove it before your friends see it. 🙂

Snowman, are you talking about the number plates, or the “X”s ? The number plates, backgrounds and numbers are available at IMI. I am sure that the other tracks and/or shops have them, too.

all the shops have plates, I know IMI does.

Electrical tape or duct tape will work well for the newbie thing…

    Randall, welcome back!
