InactiveCRE Rmax Race #2:
A nice day at CRE, but with plenty of banging, spin-outs and mechanical problems for all.
Well run and out by 4:10. Dissapointed that there were only 12 Rmax masters, were are the other 10 that signed up? Well it was mothers day so some may have had other priorities.
Congrats to Miles James (1st), Dizzy Desanti (2nd), Santa Bahti (3rd), Charles Gordon (4th), Rich Vito (5th). The South wins again! More on this in my next news letter.
Again I was impressed with the rookies-great job!
Next Rmax race at CRE is June 18th-be there.
Was nice to get a better view of the possible new extension to CRE-it was graded out. Shifters you will like it with its’ ups and downs and long straight. More of it in the next newsletter.
IiThe Colorado karting newsletter isues #1 and #2 will be available at the CSC-Race #2 at IMI this Sunday and at Greeley over Memorial day. Stop by my trailer and pick both up as they are FREE!

ParticipantThere was some great racing at CRE last Sunday. In particular, I thought the Jr Rotax’s put on the best show. 24 laps an no one was lapped. For most of the laps the time difference between the fastest and slowest drivers was less than a second. The race between Pat Rosse and David Chapel was incredible with never more than a kart length between them and the lead chaning about four times. With a lap or two remaining David dropped a wheel off on one of the corners and Pat got by for the final lead change. GREAT RACE GUYS!
