i dont know if this helps you… but what he means is that local racing is going to say imi or centennial.. or grand junction of thats where you are for their CLUB series… the CSC is a REGIONAL series which means that there should be different and more competitive rules to go along with that, such as racing in the rain. One of the things many people like the most about road racing is the aspect of racing in the rain. if the CSC decides to race in the rain it is your choice to race on a rain day or not.
and on him not belonging cuz hes “too fast”… you’re just jealous
