Ron,
Good questions. The safety issue of the K80s being much slower is something we are going to have to address. We are trying to get more information on the number of entries in each class to help us determine the best course of action. It may not be decided until the first race day – as it depends on lap times and number of entries. Anyway, I don’t think the answer will be to make the K80s faster, as it is a national set of rules for SKUSA. This is the way they run at Stars and WKA (the rules are verbatim IKF).
