I was talking about my gear box. You should take your plate off and look at the 4 plastic gear and one metal one. They do wear out-this will be my second set of gears in 2yrs. They are easy to change out. I am sending mine in as is because I have a spare set of gears in my parts stash that I don’t want to use. You will have no problem putting the plate and gasket back on after cleaning it out.
