I think these clones are great. No, they’re not very fast when you’re used to a TaG or a Shifter, but they’re plenty fast to have fun in, especially if you’re racing with a bunch of people. Lots of people (myself included) complain about the high costs of karting, this is a perfect answer. Seriously, ~$800 for a racing engine that you can bolt to that spare chassis hanging in your garage…pump gas and tires that could last all season, how great is that? Next best thing would be Spec PRD, I suppose…
