Sorry. I will look into it. Mine seems to work, I get a message, it says 1, then after I read it, it goes back to 0. I will have to look into the database and see why it is doing that. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Well you guys get more messages than I do! Haven’t figured it out yet, but you will be the first to know when I do.

Im gonna take a stab in the dark here, but Im just wondering if the problem that Mike is describing the number of new post notifications we get every time we log in. Maybe Mike and Doug are actually having this problem in their “Message” folders, but its happening to me in the new posts notifications.
I could be wrong.
Today when I logged on, it said there were 23 “New Posts”, but only two of them were new.
This has been going on for about two months or more.
I logged out, then back in this morning and it told me there are 565 new posts. Prior to logging out it said 53, but in reality I was up to date and it should have said 0. I also found a PM when logging back in that was sent on the 4th of December.
Rod, I will have an answer to your question ASAP. Was not ignoring you.

I think it may have happened when some format was changed. :hypno Wasn’t there a link we could click that would mark posts as all been read? No big deal to me though at least there is a few posts to read, unlike another Colorado Karting web site. :rant
