Graeme, you have my vote. I think all classes should follow SKUSA’s weight guidlines to the number. By the way, I am that fat guy your talking about. 😳 😀 😳 😀

I have not contacted anyone yet that wants 410 lbs, but I will continue to seek them out.
Most say that there are interested in being inline with SKUSA so they don’t have to change weight/setup to run SKUSA races.

More to come as the votes trickle in; hell this is more exciting this is than the democratic primaries

I think Barry was the only one who wanted to keep the weight at 410 , but I doubt if he’s going to actually race !

We should try and follow SKUSA for the shifters and the TAG/SKUSA for the TAG classes as close as possible so that when the guys that go to a national event are already prepared and have all of their testing done at the correct weights.

I have never run the MG yellows but understand that they are great! I hate to see the tires restricted to reds, If the YHB’s can’t compete then everyone will be running the MGs. Maybe then the price will come down andmake it more affordable for the racers. The MGs are cheaper already and everyone says they wear much better than the BS.

Spacy , besides yourself , are there any other (G-1’s) over there who would, given a chance , vote for the weight to be 395# ?
I plan on having a quick show of hands before the Qualifiing begins on April 4th , do you or Brad have any problems with making amendments based on circumstances of this nature ???

I plan to run the CSC series this year and need the 410 wieght in the Senior Heavy. My kart is a little heavy and I’m a little heavy. All these guys are way fast at the 410 wieght anyways. Thanks Perry

    JB,
Where were all these people when the real vote was cast? The snow did not stop our efforts driving in from C Rock.
Next I’m going to find out that our front brakes have been outlawed by a after the fact show of hands.
The meeting at IMI was very well announced that the rules were going to be set for 2004.

People should get more involved when the opportunity comes. Didn’t you get a little pissed when SKUSA changed the rules on you after the fact?
