Everyone is still in the dark on this metro Denver track. I know April is coming and if it’s not open by then all of the back door deals will not happen. What investor would want to miss out on a sunny month of rentals and racers?

Fixed income is important on making this a sound financial investment. I know of several people who will visit on a regular basis, rent trailer space, and participate in monthly club events at TTAC. I just find it strange that the investors have not reached out to see what the possibilities are for fixed income?!! I would not rely on past financials to determine this important piece to make the track a good investment.

I believe with the right manangement in place TTAC could be a first class track that would make money for the right investor.

Hopefully the TTAC gates open soon before we see a flood of karts on sale here in the classifieds!

I called the Jet Center. They are finalizing, or just finalized the paperwork and have an agreement with “someone local”. Apparently this “someone local” has already ordered an new fleet of rental karts “being shipped from Belgium or somewhere over there”.

    Me- Time frame?
Jet Center- “somewhere in the next 2 to 5 months”.
“Improvements will be made but the track should / could open while the infrastructure is worked on”.

Whomever this “someone local” is, feel free to chime in. Your radio silence is deafening. I assume “local” could include a couple of brothers on the western slope.

Thanks Cris for contacting the JetCenter. Great news!

Practiced at IMI on Sunday. Thanks to Kirk, we got some good laps in. Ready for the MG series to begin. Hopefully they can incorporate a race at TTAC…

    Cris (or anyone),

Can anyone update us on what all the dirt movement is around the entrance to the Track and around the Track? Just curious!

There is a construction company that is building their office “next door”.

Dirt work near The Track entrance is drainage improvements for Taxiway C extension. No impact on track area.
