Yes, Kudos to D!!!
What a guy that Garwwod is! He brought my Mechanix gloves back after I left them in his garage. He helped out with corner work and for a “rookie” did a real good job.
The only stokes against him were that he failed in his rookie duty to go to the lucnh wagon for a burger for the the Timeing/scoring official (me), and refused an introduction to this nice, cute, single gal up in the tower.
Back to a serious tone, it does the heart good to see a racer take a day off and help in a an event by taking a corner, etc. Our events would be even better if more people copied D’s generosity with his time.
