PostPosted: Yes Saturday Night we are going to have movie night for all the kids. ( Big kids to Rick) so bring your blankets and pillows .. Popcorn, drinks and candy will be provided…We are thinking 5:00 sharp so they can get to the motels and get some sleep for Sunday….How does the time sound to everyone?
Well… 5:00 is a little later than I usually start a feature length movie… Oh, you’re probably not talking to me are you?
What a cool idea! I remember when I was a kid. We’d go to the drive in and my folks would send me to the play ground to play before the movies started (wonder what they were doing?) And I’d play till the movie started, then they would stick me on the roof of the car with a blanket and pillow to watch the movie (hey, wonder what they were doing?) and I’d fall asleep there with my little sister. My Dad was pretty smart, I guess.
Anyway. Neat thing for the kids to do.
