I’m going to jump in here and point out that the gearing difference is .026.
13/82 = 6.308
12/76= 6.333
It appears to me the difference is inconsequential, however the size of the rear sprocket would be noticeably smaller in size.
However, why mess with the specs if that’s what your going to be doing come August… 8)
