I grew up around the Colorado drag strips. My Dad raced Fuel Altereds. Cdr was my favorite Colorado track for sure. Used to tear around the road course on my mini bike dreaming I was the drivers my Mom took me to see, at the big road races there.
If you have more racing pics of your Dad, you should forward them for posting.
Also, I know someone who remakes the Cdr tee shirts, they make a great gift for old racers. I get more comments on those shirts than any other I’ve worn.
