Hey man, I wouldn’t waste your time or energy. Have fun with your son karting and who gives a F#ck about any track owner, etc. No one matters but you and your family. Have fun, treat others with respect, and who gives a crap right? Its honestly not worth it, especially since this is about B.S. over a computer, feel me?

    Cheers

    Going to court….

Like my divorce attorney told me and also a well known Judge in Las Vegas told me a few times: When going to court the only ones who win are the Attorneys.

Do you realize that many of us can’t HEAR you because your ACTIONS are speaking louder than your words? How in the heck does one get escorted off the premisis? Nuff said…

I’ve never been to George’s track but I can’t imagine ever getting a police escort when asked to leave anywhere where I’m not wanted…

Like Rambo said in FIRST BLOOD, “let it go”
Or… That dog don’t hunt anymore
Or like the Beatles… Let it be…

    Mike,

I can definately understand your veiwpoint. We will have to agree to disagree however. There is a lot more to the story than is being written on this site. There are three sides to any story. One persons side the other persons side and somewhere in between the truth. But as far as court goes there can be a winner besides the attorney’s. Case in point I have been through a divorce. I ended up with my wonderful little boy, a house, and child support. The only loser in this is my son his mother has not seen or talked to him in over 5 years. But given the situation it is best overall and would consider my divorce a win situation for my son and myself.

P.S. If I didn’t stand up for what I believe in I would be like most fathers without custody of there kid or kids after a divorce. It is never free to stand up for what you believe in. 50 grand was very well spent to get my son.
