Would it make more sense for you to add a restrictor instead of having the others change there set up?
I have two major problems with the above suggestion:
1) The Rotax Jr motor does not have a restrictor. (even if it did I would object because of problem #2)
2) The rules are set for the year. They were published for this class over a month ago, and the first race is now only 3 weeks away.
