We went to dinner with Ben in Vegas, It didn’t take long to figure out why his parents sat at the other end of the table. 😳

BTW Ben, I had a small chili and oriental salad for lunch today with half the dressing. And a water for dessert… My body fat % is being checked next week.
Lifted this morning at 5:50 (shoulders, calves and biceps)
If I can get ahold of Sam I’ll do a spin class with him tomorrow AM
