Craig asked me to do some photos and such as his event. It was a great event and a great cause.

Wow, the subject line really depicts this topic and I’m not talking about the track cost, that is totally understandable. Roger said it right, if you want to promote karting stop being so negative, and so confrontational. But this is a public forum and our only choice is to not engage…. Blah blah blah.

Shifters rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even with a busted leg it costs money to race (actually with a busted leg it is extremely more money – this is from Gia).

Thanks Eddie, Norbert is doing good, we are heading down to SBR tomorrow — against my better judgement — but he is a grown man. :~
Since all three classes are in the same race, well, it really shouldn’t matter how many classes there are, the fun is in the race? No? Plus better odds of being on the podium. Anyway, if someone can get away without any weights, I would think that would perform better and more efficiently, so I don’t think it is laziness at all, but having a better ride. Seems like way more benefits to more classes – as long as all classes race together.
(This is Gia, not Norbert, but I learned everything from him, at least the gokart parts 🙂 )
Just want to say thanks Angie. As a volunteer for a local community website, I know how much effort it takes to run a site so I certainly appreciate your time and effort keeping this networking gokart site available to all the great racers! 😀
I voted for the better performance tires, but I’m a moran with more money than sense. Wasting it on tires for one second per lap game. So, I would vote for the duros to keep it cheap and keep the amount of drivers coming, but I do prefer the speed and performance more. What I really don’t like about the Duros is that they are all ranging in half and three quarter differences.
As always, great video Richard. I love the legend, showing the lap, best time, map, etc. How do you do that? Thanks for sharing.
