Thanks Cris for contacting the JetCenter. Great news!

Practiced at IMI on Sunday. Thanks to Kirk, we got some good laps in. Ready for the MG series to begin. Hopefully they can incorporate a race at TTAC…

Everyone is still in the dark on this metro Denver track. I know April is coming and if it’s not open by then all of the back door deals will not happen. What investor would want to miss out on a sunny month of rentals and racers?

Fixed income is important on making this a sound financial investment. I know of several people who will visit on a regular basis, rent trailer space, and participate in monthly club events at TTAC. I just find it strange that the investors have not reached out to see what the possibilities are for fixed income?!! I would not rely on past financials to determine this important piece to make the track a good investment.

I believe with the right manangement in place TTAC could be a first class track that would make money for the right investor.

Hopefully the TTAC gates open soon before we see a flood of karts on sale here in the classifieds!

Bringing back this thread to life as I am not giving up hope!

The Feb 11 Centennial Airport meeting didn’t discuss the track. Our contact at the airport mentioned it is up to the JetCenter as they own the leasing rights. I believe there are some deals that will surface soon.

I’m not selling all of my goods yet until I hear the official outcome. I’m sure if TTAC officially closes we will see all kinds of Karting equipment for sale and it will be a buyers market. Let’s hope that isn’t the case for metro Denver.

    Alan
