If a spec tire is mandated, I would suggest to allow Scott Falcone used tires in the program. Only 5″ wheels allowed should be in the rules as I have found 6″ wheels and tires to be faster. I really don’t see the need to spec a clutch either, as the fastest time around a track in a Briggs I have found is when I ran them direct drive with no clutch. The only 206 failure I have seen was from one of them newer clutches that have too short of a key out on the end of the shaft that broke the key way on the crank. That was at kids weight. Old Noram and Horstman clutches work just fine.
Being easy on the rules during the birth of an adult industrial 4 stroke class IMO would be best this year.
I can’t commit myself to race the 206, but I will help someone that would like to race the one I have.
