We’ll let them re-enact the crime and we’ll play target practice. Crime one, they stole someone else’s Jeep. Crime two, they tried to steal your stuff. They’re habitual and are past rehabilitation. We can call them “stumpy” after we get done. There’s the criminal deterrant that is sorely lacking.
