I have a leopard motor and have experienced starter problems like crazy. Mine all stemmed from the brushes breaking in the starter motor. I really haven’t found the best way to fix this, but I can tell you, it’s how you use the silicone on the brushes when you reasemble. I have put new brushes in 5 times now and this last time, it appears to be working prettty well so far.
If you haven’t done the brushes before, I’d be happy to step you through it. Not sure if this is your problem. But whenever I press the Green button and nothing happens, it’s always been the brushes in the starter.
