We are a little ignorant about racing in the rain but would not mind racing in wet conditions. I do think having to run whiskers is impractical. Running two classes would mean showing up to a race with $720.00 worth of new tires! (if I understand corecctly) 2 new set’s of wet’s as well as the normal 2 set’s of dry tires.
I agree with Taylor that our stroms are usually short in duration generally. So if we use a set in qualifying or prefinal or whatever, why couldn’t we share tires between the karts or use a set that is not new each day for each kart.
