I have been running a stock ICC motor all year and I would feel comfortable running it at a national race. All it cost me was a few top ends, some drive gears, and a clutch pack mid season. Only thing not stock was the Supertech transmission. A Hot Rod motor is only a few tenths, chassis and driver are seconds.
