I agree with the sealed engine concept and keeping the cost down. The protest proceedure is a right that anyone of us racers have to use but the protester should front the cost if the engine is legit. Now if the engine is not stock, I think it should be a one year ban, period. You just have to make the penality outway the benifit by alot. As far as tearing a sealed engine apart, pointless!
