Thanks for the recommendations guys! I dropped the kart off with Brad at IMI yesterday and should hopefully get it back within the next couple days.

The reason I say the strut looks weak is because the engine side seat strut has a 90 degree bend in it, that was bent using a crush bender (opposed to mandrel). Right at the bend, it is practically crushed flat. Its a very weak looking bend.
Then again, not sure if that was bent by the factory or if the previous owner bent it like that. :idn:
Other than that, the Gold chassis looks fairly solid.
