No sanctioning body is perfect. We do appreciate the efforts of the track owners trying to accomadate as many karting schedules as possible.
I just feel it would be a whole lot more interesting going to Steamboat with 6 or 10 drivers in each class having a chance to win a championship. You a have a better chance of achieving this with a drop. Things come up that the drivers can’t change. This isn’t NASCAR, people won’t reschedule a wedding, funeral, or…. because there is a race at Bandimere. (I know what you are thinkng.)
Any opinions on 1 spec tire per class. Seems it would save money for everyone involved and be easy to tech. Right know we have multiple tires to choose from in most classes. Maybe I am lazy, but I don’t care to spend the time or the money to get just the right tire for each track. Maybe this question should be for only those classes that wear out tires.
