Assuming this discussion is going to transition from the EKN site let’s please be civil and leave the politics out.
The whole idea behind the CSC was to put together a series that utilized all the tracks available and provide a diverse schedule that let everyone race at those tracks. Minimal but consistent rules and classes that included just about anybody with a motor.
It worked.
Do we want to re invent the wheel? I don’t think so.
Let’s keep the concentration and suggestions along those lines and make this even better next year.
I never would have thought this would come together when it was proposed less than a year ago. In one sit down meeting at the first of the year three track operators sat down and hashed out the basics. picked dates, tried not to conflict w/ known national dates and came up with classes that seemed to fit this region.
It is not IKF,SKUSA,STARS,WKA or any other organization. It is just our series for our karters without all the other politics.
Let’s try to keep it that way.
The ideas I have seen are pretty much all workable, so keep them coming.
The “A” team idea is great. Who wants to volunteer?
Throw outs. No problem.
Work around dates. If possible.
Run a fair, fun series. Always.
